2025 Spring Swim Warm-Ups

Spring swim warm-ups are a great way to prepare both new and returning swimmers for the upcoming summer swim season. These sessions introduce our youngest members to the fun and energy of the Friendly Swim Team with mentoring and support from several of our more experienced Frogs.

Sessions also offer an opportunity for swimmers of all ages to get extra swim practice and be ahead of the game once summer arrives.

Practices are indoors at UNCG (Saturdays) and Greensboro College (Sundays), and swimmers are encouraged to attend as many sessions as they wish. There is no obligation to join the Friendly Swim Team (but we certainly hope our Friendly Park youth make friends and get excited for all that summer swim can offer!)

The 2025 spring warm-up season will run from Sunday, March 9 through Saturday, May 17. For information on practice times/groups, completing required waivers, schedules, locations, and eligibility, please check out the 2025 Spring Warm-Ups Info Sheet.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT

Complete this simple online form to register: FST 2025 Spring Warm-up Registration. (NOTE: This form is for spring warm-ups only. Summer swim team registration will come later.)

The fee for spring warm-ups is $85 per family. That covers ALL swimmers in a family. Payment methods include:
