The 2025 Friendly Frogs Swim Team

Friendly Swim Team (FST) prepares young Frogs for a full, competitive season every June and July! There is nothing quite like FST - it is a fun and rewarding opportunity for ALL kids:

  • Your little ones can get comfortable in the water in a positive environment and learn to swim better with experienced coaches.  
  • Your older swimmers can get physical activity, improve their swimming and make new friends.

2026 Documents

2026 Practice Schedule

May 11 - June 5 (practices Monday – Friday):

  • 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.: 9-12 age group
  • 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.: Tadpoles, 6 & unders, 8 & unders
  • 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.: 13 & up

June 8 - July 8 (practices Monday – Friday):

Morning Sessions:

  • 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.: Tadpoles, 6 & unders, 8 & unders
  • 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.: 9-10, 11-12
  • 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.: 13-14, 15-19

Afternoon Sessions:

  • 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.: 9 & up age groups
  • 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.: 6 & under, 8 & under (M-Th, no Friday afternoon practice)

Note: The day after each meet there will be no 8 a.m. practice. All 12 & unders will practice at 9 a.m. There will be no practices on July 4.

2026 Summer Dual Meet Schedule

Meets start at 5:30 p.m. (swimmers to arrive at 4:30 p.m.). Our meets this year will be against:

  • June 2 (Tuesday): AT Sherwood
  • June 11 (Thursday): Green Valley
  • June 16 (Tuesday): AT Hamilton Lakes
  • June 23 (Tuesday): Oak Ridge (Senior Night)
  • June 30 (Tuesday): AT Lake Jeanette

2026 City Meet

  • July 9, 10, and 11 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center (GAC)

2026 Swim Team Banquet 

  •  August 2 (Sunday)

Friendly Swim Team (FST) has suits and caps for you to order! Please note: We do NOT require swimmers to purchase team suits or caps.
