Just a FRIENDLY reminder that Spring warm-up practices begin this weekend!
Indoor swim warm-ups are a great way to prepare swimmers for the summer season. These sessions help introduce our young members to the Friendly Swim Team and/or helps them get extra swim practice in so they are ahead of the game when summer arrives.
There is no obligation to join the Friendly Swim Team in order to attend swim warm-ups, and swimmers can come to as many practices as they can make.
Who:

Members, from beginners to experienced, from preschool through graduating high school seniors.

Swimmers should be able to swim independently. Free group swim lessons are offered once our outdoor pool opens for the summer.

Indoor pool at Greensboro College Reynolds Family Student Life Center, 1015 W Market St, Greensboro, NC 27401

The arrow shows the entrance to the pool. There is plenty of parking. Entrances/exits at both W Market St and Rankin Pl.

Please understand there are other groups and students that use this facility. Drive slowly through the parking areas and be respectful of others and the property. As always, let's represent the Frogs well!

When:
- Every weekend starting March 12/13 through the weekend of May 14/15. NO Practice on Easter Weekend (April 16/17 and the Sunday of Mother’s Day (May 8).

Members ages 8 and under will practice on Saturdays from 1:30 - 2 p.m. and Sundays from 12:30 - 1 p.m.

Members 9 and older will practice on Saturdays from 2 - 3 p.m. and Sundays from 1 - 2 p.m.
Cost:
- $85 per family (covers all swimmers)
- Options for payment: Venmo - @friendlyfrogs or Check/Cash that can be collected at the practices. Please make checks out to Friendly Park, Inc.
As you are talking to friends about becoming members of Friendly Park, please share that their children can participate in Spring warm-up practices as soon as they join.
