Information on 2026 Spring Warm-Ups

JUMPIN' BACK IN for SPRINGTIME SWIM

Spring warm-ups start March 8 for Frogs ready to leap back into the pool at Greensboro College and UNC Greensboro.

Practices are open to preschoolers through graduating high school seniors, from beginners to experienced swimmers. Swimmers should be able to swim independently. 

This is open to anyone WHO IS ALREADY A MEMBER OF FRIENDLY; no prior participation with the swim team is required. This is a great way for children to see if they'd like to be a part of the team from late May through mid July.

Swimmers can come to as many practices as they can make.

• Cost: $90 per family (covers ALL young swimmers in a family for the entire spring session)
• Where: Indoor pools at UNCG (Saturdays) and Greensboro College (Sundays)
• When: Every Saturday and Sunday from March 8 through May 16. There will be NO warm-up sessions on Easter weekend and on Mother’s Day.
