Friendly Park will open Memorial Day weekend!

Dear Friendly Park members,

We are delighted to inform you the NC Governor has lifted the face mask and social distancing requirements in most settings for fully vaccinated individuals. To maintain due pandemic caution and to remain consistent with CDC and State guidance, we will:

• Require masks during entry, use of the bathrooms and ordering at the snack bar (unless fully vaccinated).

• Encourage our members to observe 6ft social distancing (unless fully vaccinated).

Pool staff will continue to utilize enhanced sanitization practices and Wednesday mornings will remain reserved for high-risk individuals.

While Saturday is the official start to Memorial Day weekend, we are inviting you to a special early opening on Friday evening at 6:30 pm, after Friendly Swim Team practice!

Friendly Park opening weekend hours will be:

• Friday, May 28th: 6:30 – 8:30 pm

• Saturday, May 29th: 11:00 am – 8:30 pm

• Sunday, May 30th: Noon – 8:30 pm

• Monday, May 31st: 11:00 am – 8:30 pm
