2025 FRIENDLY SWIM TEAM INFORMATION
Welcome to the 2025 Summer Swim Season at Friendly

Friendly Swim Team (FST) is back preparing for a full, competitive season once again! There is nothing quite like FST - it is a fun and rewarding opportunity for ALL kids:
- Your little ones can get comfortable in the water in a positive environment and learn to swim better with experienced coaches.
- Your older swimmers can get physical activity, improve their swimming and make new friends.
2025 Summer Practice Schedule
May 12 - June 11 (Monday – Friday):
- 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.: 9-12 age group
- 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.: Tadpoles, 6 & unders, 8 & unders
- 6:30 – 7:30 p.m.: 13 & up
June 12 - July 9 (Monday – Friday):
Morning Sessions:
- 8:00 – 9:00 a.m.: Tadpoles, 6 & unders, 8 & unders
- 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.: 9-10, 11-12
- 10:00 – 11:00 a.m.: 13-14, 15-19
Afternoon Sessions:
- 5:00 – 6:00 p.m.: 9 & up age groups
- 6:00 – 6:30 p.m.: 6 & under, 8 & under (M-Th, no Friday afternoon practice)
Note: The day after each meet there will be no 8 a.m. practice. All 12 & unders will practice at 9 a.m. There will be no practices on July 4.
2025 Summer Dual Meet Schedule
Meets start at 5:30 p.m. (swimmers to arrive at 4:30 p.m.). Our meets this year will be against:
- June 3 (Tuesday): Hamilton Lakes
- June 9 (Monday): AT Green Valley
- June 17 (Tuesday): Sherwood
- June 24 (Tuesday): Lake Jeanette
- July 1 (Tuesday): AT Bur Mil
2025 City Meet
- July 10, 11, and 12 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center (GAC)
