KELLY PARKER - DIRECTOR OF TENNIS
Kelly Parker joined the Precision Tennis staff in 2010 and has served as Director of Tennis at Friendly Park since 2011. Following a stellar two-year playing career as a Blue Devil, the Springfield, Ill., native, known in competition as Kelly McCain, enjoyed a two-year professional career, having played in tournaments across the globe, including the all four major championships. Parker owns a career-high ranking of No. 117 in the world and has captured eight professional titles on the ITF Tour - four in singles and four in doubles.
At Duke, Parker garnered All-America honors in 2002 and 2003 and was an All-ACC selection in each of those years. She became Duke’s fifth ACC Rookie of the Year in 2002 and was selected as ACC Player of the Year in 2003. Parker guided the Blue Devils to conference championship and regular season titles in 2003, the 2002 regular season title, and Duke’s first National Team Indoor championship in 2003.
Parker coached at her alma mater for two years capturing an ACC Championship title and the NCAA National Championship title. During her coaching stint at Duke, she coached the NCAA singles Champion and five All ACC players.
KIM KLEIMEIER - PRECISION TEACHING PROFESSIONAL
Kim is in her third year with Precision Tennis Academy, where she serves as the Lead Instructor with the Precision Tennis Junior Academy. In addition, she teaches private lessons to adults and juniors at our Bur-Mil Park & Friendly Park locations. Kim grew up in Charlotte, NC where she attended the Cannon School before playing 4 years under Dave McCain at Guilford College. Kim's passion is to introduce the game to new players and help everyone develop a love for the game.
